ACCC watching US monopoly against Google, hits back at tech giant's 'popularity'Australia's competition chief Rod Sims says he's 'delighted' that the US Government has Google in its sights in one of the biggest anti-trust lawsuits of the past 20 years. now every government will want to cash in in the name of fines and fee to fleece google..tell me one government that will punish them without extracting money from them. lol. sending google executives to jail is not profitable here. ACCC wants the piggy bank too. Kind of ironic that most news media outlets get nearly all their stories & video content from these tech giants & peoples posts. Now the truth is murdoch has pushed the lnp & ipa to use our govt to protect his monopoly auspol I can c why rudd wants MurdochRoyalCommission ABC should or must know it's not about Goggles 'popularity' , sadly it seems the ABC is blind in one eye ?.
