Tasmania to ease coronavirus restrictions on aged care as shops reopen in north-west

Speaking this morning, Mr Gutwein said he would be announcing a staged lifting of other restrictions by the end of the week, following a National Cabinet meeting.

"One of the first we will see lifted will be green spaces, it is important we do open our parks and reserves and beaches. If you think you might have COVID-19 phone your GP or the Tasmanian Public Health Hotline on 1800 671 738.Phone the Translating and Interpreting Service on 131 450 and tell them your language.In response, all non-essential retailers were closed and school did not resume for an additional week.
