In 48 hours, one Sydney man visited seven restaurants and pubs, plus a Woolworths – all while infectious | Kaubo

A young Sydney man infectious with COVID-19 visited seven restaurants, pubs and a Woolworths within 48 hours, potentially spawning a new coronavirus cluster in the CBD and inner west.

"If you have the virus and you go out five times a week to different places you could potentially be spreading it to five different locations, and then we have to contact trace everybody," Ms Berejiklian told radio station Triple M. Of most concern to NSW health authorities is the man's visit to Jambo Jambo Restaurant in Glebe between 7pm and 8.30pm on July 31. Anyone who was at the Ethiopian restaurant during this time is considered a close contact and has been told to self-isolate immediately until August 15 and get tested even if they have no symptoms.

On August 1, he visited The Warren View Hotel in Enmore from 4pm to 4.20pm, Mary’s Circular Quay in Macquarie Place from 6.45pm to 7.15pm, Cubby’s Kitchen in Sydney from 7.35pm to 9.30pm and Burrow Bar in Sydney from 9.35pm to 11.15pm.He was also at Woolworths Marrickville Metro from 7pm to 7.20pm on August 2.

Another new case, a man in his 20s from the city's south-west who was a close contact of a person in the Mounties club cluster, visited three Sydney venues while infectious. One of these mystery cases was symptomatic for six days before getting tested and isolating, the report revealed, confirming NSW not only faced the threat of the virus seeding across its border with Victoria, but stealthy transmission from within its own communities.

Kaubo Another righteous dude spreading the love

Kaubo He’s been to more places in 2 days than I have been all year.

Kaubo Well that headline makes it sound like he was purposefully going out to infect as many ppl as he could!

Kaubo

Kaubo I haven't visited that many places in 6 months lol 😂

Kaubo Looks deliberate

MJA_Editor Kaubo Are his actions a deliberate transference of Covid19 ?

Kaubo Has this person deliberately crammed in as many venues as possible in such a short timeframe knowing he was infectious?

Kaubo It’s not unheard of if you have the money and you don’t like cooking.

Kaubo Fine him for each & every offense!

Kaubo He must be a guts!

MJA_Editor Kaubo Aren't people in NSW only supposed to limit travel to essential/core things? People its a pandemic, the virus is still at large in the community. limit the time you spend outside your home - one pub for lunch is ok. Pub crawling isn't. This is not business as normal COVID19au

Kaubo Seems like whomever is doing it is doing it on purpose to spread COVID19

Kaubo Impose criminal charges and put them in jail once cured - known to be a close contact to a positive case, still going out.

Kaubo ** by accident ** 😑

Kaubo “Gladys Berejiklian” Slow to Look down VIC Border, July Lesson NOT learnt from the Ruby Princess Disaster?

ANTICOM_Aus Kaubo Deleberate spreading

Kaubo This sounds a bit suspicious to me , what’s his job ? I’ve partied in the past but not at so many places . Hotels sell things other beer

Kaubo Please remove COVID info from behind your paywall.

ANTICOM_Aus Kaubo Globalist operative under orders to help get NSW locked down like Vic. GreatestHoaxInHistory

Kaubo Well if 80% of infected ppl are asymptomatic it means there are lots of them visiting places like that. COVID__19 WashYourHands august sydney covidseason

Kaubo Maybe hes a truffle dealer

Kaubo Jobkeeper or jobseeker must be treating him well. 7 restaurant in 48hs.. most people even couldn’t afford 7 restaurant in one month.

Kaubo Maybe it was Clive Palmer trying to flog his hydroxychloroquine.

Kaubo Was he Chinese?

Kaubo Sounds like he knew he likely had it, and wanted to spread it!

Kaubo Dr. Yan: The golden standard for hydroxychloroquine use should be honest, straightforward. Clinical trials already show HCQ benefit prophylactically, in early treatment; Dr. Fauci & others have tried to discredit these studies.

Kaubo

Kaubo Delivery driver? Sales rep? Applying for jobs? I need to know why he went to 7 restaurants. 🤔🤷‍♀️

Kaubo It’s likely he is a service provider that visits sites for his job, hence multiple different sites visited.

Kaubo How could Gladys let this infectious person walk around infecting others.

Kaubo Why isn't this bloke on the front page of the papers?

Kaubo And pissed by the sounds of that

Kaubo Waste of skin, oxygen thief etc...

Kaubo all those restaurants. . . police looking for obese activist with connections to Labor government in Victoria

Kaubo He’s a spreader🦠

Kaubo Holy crap! He’s one active dude

Kaubo So he was doing drug drops?

Kaubo He had a red hot crack

Kaubo 7 restaurants Doesn't he have Weet Bix at home Maybe that's why he was going to Woolies.

Kaubo Did he know he was infectious? If he did, he should be charged, just as people who knowingly spread STDs are liable to be charged.

Kaubo 7 restaurants? he must be a glutton

Kaubo Shut down bottle shops and let them sell online. Close all pubs and gambling facilities for a month.

Kaubo You making stories up now - feeling a little desperate? You will be held into account once the scam is over. people will know

Kaubo May be a courier?

Kaubo what is it about having COVID that evidently makes people extra hungry? who has 7 full meals in two days?

Kaubo If you want to have a big weekend, play strip poker on Zoom with all your friends, buy a case of your favourite alcoholic beverage, order a pizza but stay at HOME for the most part. The alien life I'm referring to are jay walking with their headphones on. RememberVictoria

Kaubo Is this guy party animal? Or is he just hungry? 7 restaurants in 48 hours... somebody pls feed him!!!!

Kaubo This is the typical thinking that is going to make life very hard for rd the rest of us. This idea I can go anywhere anytime over & over. It's the rediculous stupidity that needs to be driven out of people's thinking. Selfish barstard. Just go one place in a 2 to 3 day period.

Kaubo Who visits 7 restaurants in 48hrs? Something isn’t right with his movements 🤔

Kaubo Parrrrrtay!

Kaubo So we have an infected male who is also bloated & drunk. That a lot of eating & drinking places to go to in 48 hrs. He must have been very hungry & thirsty oh and stupid.

Kaubo Is it just me? I don’t visit that many restaurants in a month, let alone 48 hours?
