The Trump administration has asked the US Supreme Court to invalidate Obamacare, the law that added millions of Americans to the country's healthcare safety net.

The Trump administration has asked the US Supreme Court to invalidate the law set up by Barack Obama that added millions of Americans to the country's healthcare safety net.

The Trump administration signalled earlier in the day it would ask the court to declare the ACA illegal, setting up what is likely to be a key political battleground in this year's presidential election. Donald Trump has criticised healthcare costs and coverage under Obamacare and has been promising since his 2016 campaign to replace it with a different plan.

Rightly so! After all America is a country for the rich! Poor folk need not apply!

Shame only belong to the ignorant; Obamacare ought not to be there at first place. All the insurance and assurance resisted with various complains from a million and one citizens. Refresh your memories check what happened: and there was protest and condemnation nationwide then.

Trump doesn’t have a heart. He is a morally bankrupt sewer-dweller. In the middle of a pandemic this is unconscionable behaviour.

Glad I don't live there anymore.

He’s the devil. Seriously. The devil.

If you're lucky enough that your family migrated to Australia, consider what it means, the lucky country.. The alternative is, the Pathetic State of America!!!

In the middle of a global pandemic that has already killed 120,000 people in his country and infected countless others? Good call! 🙄👍

Are they looking for 3 zip in the courts? Is he the first President to stack the court with GOP conservatives and lose?
