According to documents filed with the Federal Court, the woman alleges she first experienced sexual discrimination during a lunch at well-known corporate eatery Kisume in Melbourne's CBD.
The woman alleges Mr Yeo also sexually harassed her on three occasions. The first took place at the Albion Rooftop bar in South Melbourne after IOOF’s 2018 Christmas party at the New York loft-inspired Lumiere venue in nearby Southbank. "At the wedding Mr Yeo reached out and touched [the woman’s] breasts; [the woman] said words to the effect that it was inappropriate, that it was her wedding, that he was doing this in front of her friends and family and asked what was wrong with him; and Mr Yeo laughed but did not otherwise respond."
The woman also alleges Mr Yeo between June and October 2020 began excluding her from tasks that were her specific and stated responsibility.
