From December 14 employees will be encouraged to return to the office and workplaces will be urged to have COVID-Safe plans.Premier Gladys Berejiklian said the community had "done an incredible job this year under trying circumstances". Under the changes in NSW, the maximum number of people allowed in small hospitality venues will be 50 not including staff, such as a chef. Up to 50 people will also be allowed to gather in an outdoor space, an increase from 30.
