Regional Qld vaccine rates set to miss December target

Acting Deputy Police Commissioner Shane Chelepy revealed while Queensland would hit the vaccine milestone as a state, the uptake of the jab would be significantly lower in some areas.

"They may have to go into a lockdown, then they will be on restrictions and there will be no federal government support," Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk said.
