Journalists and politicians will be digging into Chisholm MP Gladys Liu’s past to ensure she does not have any unsavory links to China, according to the Herald Sun’s James Campbell.

Labor has urged Ms Liu to explain her actions after the Herald Sun reported she failed to disclose a $39,675 donation to the Victorian Liberal party in 2015-16. The Coalition MP has also boasted about raising up to $1 million for the Victorian Liberal party. Mr Campbell told Sky News Ms Liu “may have questions to answer” about the source of her donations.
