Queensland will open its borders to fully vaccinated interstate travellers coming from COVID-19 hotspots from December 13 at 1am, four days earlier than originally planned.
Travellers will be required to produce a negative COVID-19 test in the 72 hours before they enter Queensland.EXPLAINER:Travellers from domestic hotspots will also be required to have a second test on the fifth day of their visit to Queensland.Ms Palaszczuk warned penalties would apply for people not following the testing requirements.
