Qantas needs to be held to account. I’m tired of doing my part booking, paying, turning up at a certain time only to be delayed or canceled. Yet even when delayed overnight I had to pay my accommodation myself. Alan Joyce time to fix this , and rehire baggage handlers.

It’s ok though, Wa is subsiding the new international routes out of Perth.... 🙄

I thought the $2billion in JobKeeper was so Qantas could keep flights and jobs? My mistake. I guess JobKeeper is for outsourcing jobs and Alan’s new mansion in Mosman.

Qantas announces that it has resolved its baggage problems by cancelling all flights 🤣🤣🤣

Congratulations! No one wants to fly Qantas anymore, the brand is as toxic as their CEO now. Alan Joyce - the deformed poster child of why bean counters make utterly useless CEOs.

so what happened to the money the LNP gave them ?

They sack staff the complain about staff shortages

just build high speed rail already and run it on wind and solar

Finally, a smart decision. Clearly there were more flights available than staff able to work. Healthy staff, healthy business. WTF were they thinking?

Joyce’s legacy is making Qantas a poor shadow of the airline it once was. For it to survive Joyce needs to go

Joyce sacked workers for not taking a Vax that doesn't stop transmission and banned customers for the same fuked up reason. The board members should sack Joyce immediately for damaging the company for zero benefit. Even the triple jabbers realise the vax does fuk all

No need for a 2nd Sydney airport. There'll be enough international slots at KSA. What will you do with the works already done? CatherineKingMP RobStokesMP InfraAust

Grubs

Lots of cuts. Cut the CEO and clear the problem.

Qantas will never recover from the lockdowns.

ABC news needs to present some analysis from those with more interest in giving a complete overview of the situation than provide a free platform to the Qantas CEO.

Why don't they get more hand outs? Lol

Perhaps Joyce could take a pay cut?He doesn’t give a damn about his workers.

Company sacks workers when they're at their most vulnerable. Can't understand why those workers won't come back and work for them.

A $5000 bonus you say Joyce, but only when existing employees sign your crappy new EBA's... Some would call that conditional blackmail and it's not like you're one to keep your promises.

Why, are they vaxx injured ABC?🧐💉💉💉💉

And Joyce will continue to blame Covid and passenger's !

Time for Qantas to sack criminal Joyce. Nuremberg code breached
