Mr Marcus and two junior members were arrested over an Edensor Park shooting in May 2016, charged with shooting with intent to murder and participation in an organised criminal group.Mr Marcus survived another shooting in June last year, when he was shot in the face following an argument in the street during broad daylight in Bonnyrigg Heights.
He presented himself to hospital with facial wounds three days later and was charged with concealing information from police after the incident.
