This might seem odd, but as the news organisation how about you use your resources to find out what happened instead of asking your followers? I was always taught as a journalist not to pose questions your audience can not answer. I always thought it a very wise rule.
Folks are calling this click bait. I get it. But it is also a tragic lesson on why all industries need rigorous workplace health and safety regulation. It’s beyond belief that a “prop” is capable of killing someone.
