It is deadly, it is dangerous, it has to be improved and upgraded, that is exactly what I will get done.\n\n“I do acknowledge these are sensitive and emotional issues for many, and I don't expect everybody to agree, but can't sit here waiting while that road remains deadly.\n\n'I cannot sit here waiting for 100% agreement.
