One of Perth's wanted BASE jumpers has taunted police by releasing GoPro vision of their dangerous plunge off a city skyscraper.

The video shows the man backflipping off the 40-storey Exchange Tower, plummeting upside down, before releasing his parachute.WA Police Commissioner Chris Dawson has urged the daredevils to contact officers. "We know who they are. They can either give themselves up or we'll knock on their door," Mr Dawson said.Police have released a photo of three men who they say can assist with their enquiries.

"We would like to speak with anyone who saw these men or may be able to identify them," a police spokesperson said.
