Russia showing 'its contempt for peaceful nations everywhere' after annexing Ukrainian regions: Biden’s annexation of four regions of Ukraine, saying the move is “phony” and illegal under international law.The United States condemns Russia’s fraudulent attempt today to annex sovereign Ukrainian territory. Russia is violating international law, trampling on the United Nations Charter, and showing its contempt for peaceful nations everywhere.
Make no mistake: these actions have no legitimacy. The United States will always honor Ukraine’s internationally recognized borders. We will continue to support Ukraine’s efforts to regain control of its territory by strengthening its hand militarily and diplomatically, including through the $1.1 billion in additional security assistance the United States announced this week.

Biden will ‘struggle’ heading into the November midterm electionsFormer White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney says US President Joe Biden is going to struggle heading into the November midterm elections. “Keep in mind, roughly half of the country has never experienced interest rates on home mortgage at seven per cent,” Mr Mulvaney told Sky News Australia. “They’re going to blame someone for that, and as I used to tell (former) president Trump all the time, sometimes you get credit for stuff that you didn’t do, and sometimes you get blamed for stuff you didn’t do. “But the worse thing is to actually get blamed for stuff you did, and that’s where Joe Biden is right now.” He said as long as the economy continues to be the top issue for voters, the Democrats will struggle. No, he’s not. Biden is President, not Prime Minister. He is not elected by Congress, whose members it is facing re-election now. Were Biden to stand for re-election (he won’t), it would be in 2024. His struggles now - physical, cognitive, and ethical - are very much his alone.

He also sent an official WH invite to the composer Mozart and NERO then insisted on blowing up Germany's Nord Stream pipeline to stop the German people from insisting it reopens inline with democratic principles
