Chief Market Strategist at InvestSMART Evan Lucas says Thursday’s employment figure is “moving in the wrong direction” as it was “the worst employment figures in three years”.

“If you look at employment growth on a yearly basis it has now fallen to two per cent, which is also the worst reading that we’ve seen
