Could 'meanwhile use' help with the NSW housing crisis? It's not a silver bullet, but experts say homes earmarked for development could play a role in addressing the state's housing crisis. Genius! but who is going to pay $$$$ for these dwellings to be upgraded to expected standards for the short period prior to demolition. Spend buck$ to make RTA compliant and then spend months and more buck$ in court fighting stay-put tenants and their do-gooder lawyers. It's an offer too good to refuse. reducing immigration will help. Why should Aus working families go homeless because AlboMP wants to crush wages for big business? If the rental vacancy rate is less than 3%, reduce immigration.
