.telethonkids Director jcarapetis says the Novavax vaccine is an “additional weapon” which will deliver a 'strong immune response' against COVID-19.

Telethon Kids Institute Director Professor Jonathan Carapetis says the Novavax vaccine is an “additional weapon” which will deliver a "strong immune response" against COVID-19. “The AstraZeneca and the Pfizer vaccines both essentially deliver the gene that makes that spike protein and then our body makes the protein,” Professor Carapetis told Sky News.

“The Novavax is different in that it delivers the protein itself, and it's kind of packaged up in a way that gives a very strong immune response.” Professor Carapetis says the vaccine appears to have “some activity” against variants of the virus but reiterates the science is still out as to whether it is effective against recent variants to the virus.

'Thankfully the G7 agreed' that 'it does matter' how COVID-19 started | Sky News AustraliaSky News host Paul Murray says it does matter how COVID-19 started and 'thankfully the G7 agreed this week'. It does matter because it might help us fight future outbreaks, but it's probably not the big conspiracy you're hoping for and it doesn't excuse Trump's gross incompetence in dealing with the pandemic, dopey. Start with Trump. Why did he pull his pandemic team out of China. Animal to human transmission you dumb fuck. Like all these type of viruses. Apparently it happens regularly but this one is a lot more stubborn than others. Just stick to eating donuts
