Former prime minister Malcolm Turnbull criticises his successor's behaviour during the bushfire emergency as he calls on Australia to do more to tackle climate change.

Former prime minister Malcolm Turnbull has lobbed a stinging critique of his successor Scott Morrison's handling of the bushfire crisis, saying his conduct is"not consistent with the way in which [a] prime minister would or should act."Malcolm Turnbull said he could not understand Scott Morrison's actions during the bushfire crisis

In two wide-ranging interviews with the BBC, Mr Turnbull took aim at US President Donald Trump — labelling him the"world's greatest climate change denier" — and said Australia needed to do more to cut its carbon emissions and be a world leader on tackling the environmental threat posed by climate change.

"Everybody knew we're in a very dry time, and as a consequence, the fire season was likely to be very bad," Mr Turnbull said.

Talkbull in 2018

Its really hilarious from Malcolm Turnbollocks when he never ever acted like a PM should!!!!!! He is hysterical!!!!!

It's funny watching the LNP infighting, while Australia burns.

Malcolm Turnbollocks has just advised that he has nothing but admiration for RFS Volunteer ' Coalface Tony' Abbott and Scott Morrison who are both doing a fabulous job and are doing what he failed at super miserably!!!!!!!!

Its Malcolm and Lucy Turnbollocks from Turnbollocks Lodge!!!!! He has just received the coveted Gold Negative Negativity Award for the most number of monthly negative newspolls in Aus political history!!

the ghost

TurnbullMalcolm bitter and twisted irrelevance is his best description, however the alpbc laps up any anti government sentiment

Too little too late malc

Thank Christ this globalist sycophant has gone. Clearly he was lying to Australia the whole time, a wolf in sheep’s clothing who has now removed his woollen coat.

Just like labor and the abc - Can't get over losing.

No criticism of the way Turnbulls behaving. He’s acting the exact way a petulant, deposed PM is supposed to act.

Turnbull goes from being a fairly ordinary at best PM to the worst ex-PM ever. When will the ABC do a story into the most miserable ghost ever. Time doesn't change people, it just unmasks them. Malcolm is now showing his true Machiavellian talents.

Oh, so you guys love Turnbull now? What a surprise...

That’s right it’s a Prime Ministers job to protect the banks and big business from scrutiny. One crook calling out another. Australia weeps.

Turnbull was a disaster.

Australian history 'is not acknowledged by the left' | Sky News AustraliaSky News host Peta Credlin says perhaps the “left” have been too busy “blaming the fires on climate change” to find their usual “voice” to call for the nation to be “embarrassed” to celebrate Australia Day this year. \n\nMs Credlin said the 'left' have “a real problem” in acknowledging the history of the nation.\n\n“[Captain] Cook was one of the greatest ever explorers … yet instead of opening Australia to the modern world, his voyage in the left's eyes marked the beginning of our country's racist exploitation”. \n\n“And herein lies the real problem, a lack of realism about the facts of both our indigenous and non-indigenous history,” Ms Credlin said. \n\nThe Sky host also praised Alice Springs Councillor Jacinta Price for her recent calls that Australia as a whole, has far more to celebrate than be ashamed of in relation to Australia Day. \n\nMs Credlin said the “good, at least as much as the bad” must be acknowledged within “Indigenous, British and migrant” history within the nation.\n\nMs Credlin said she would be the “first to concede that European settlement wasn't all good for Aboriginal people,” but continued to state, “our British heritage has taught us much to be proud of too”. \n Fianlly a positive from the fires Don’t worry they’ll find time to whinge. It’s not like the majority of them have much to do. Oh shit. Is this what they made you say Peta? How embarrassing
