No, the Capitol riots are not like the BLM protests, say activists

Black activists are coming out strongly against a growing narrative among conservatives that equates the deadly siege on the US Capitol with last year's Black Lives Matter protests of racial injustice.

Obviously. BLM protests were caused by a police officer suffocating a black suspect. MAGA protests were caused by the President lying that he’d won the election.

The Capitol riots are definitely not like the BLM protests. BLM burnt and looted dozens of major cities for weeks, all without being condemned by Democrats.

.... BLM caused hundreds of millions in damage, burnt down cities and and went on for weeks. The Capital 'riots' lasted a day and some people took some selfies.
