An alleged right-wing extremist has been refused bail for a second time for allegedly threatening to attack a Newcastle mosque and kill New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern.
But today his solictor Hannah Bruce made a second application on the basis he now had a place at a boarding house, where drugs or alcohol were banned.Posts deemed racist, violent and anti-Islamic "There were references to Prime Minister Jacinda Arden and a post that said nine out of 10 people I meet like that happened in her s**t country," Ms Payten said.
Ms Bruce said her client had a minor criminal record and there was no evidence he intended to act on any of his threats.
Bit harsh for angry threats.......Politicians are replaceable anyway.
