Nicholas Moore-chaired property and infrastructure software start-up Willow is sounding investors for a small equity raising at a big valuation cut.

Sources said Willow, which makes “digital twins” of property and infrastructure assets, was open-minded on the valuation but expected it to be $US70 million odd.

That would be significantly lower than theIt was very early days, but Willow was expected to ask investors for about $10 million, a much smaller raise than the $US43 million “bridging round” in September 2021 or its $US40 million Series A raise from 2019.
