The coroner in charge of the inquest, Karen Stafford, used a directions hearing in Byron Bay today to call for more information on Ms Metcalfe's movements leading up to the discovery of her body on November 29, 2017. The following day, police discovered her belongings, including a wallet with bank cards and a Medicare card, scattered on the railway platform at Mullumbimby.
