It is wrong to say it is ‘dangerous’ to park in the peak hour clearways, especially now when there’s hardly any traffic. They are there to help traffic flow, not for safety. Peak restrictions should be temporarily removed at this time. What an absolute disgrace. Their sense of timing is awful and they need to hang their heads in shame.

vultures Cities of Yarra, Stonnington and Port Phillip are notorious for parking fines. They'd fine their own mother. Arsehole. How Despicable. Muslim essential workers in Australia observing Ramadan juggle treating coronavirus patients with fasting - ABC NewsEssential workers in Australia are facing unprecedented workloads during the coronavirus pandemic. But for Muslim health professionals who are fasting during the month of Ramadan, the challenges are even greater. My heart bleeds No one is forcing them to fast neither is anyone forcing them to work either. If they are not comfortable with any, they can do away with it. I don't hear you complaining about Christians fasting during Lenten season (period) as you are presently doing. Banks deferring dividends. Movie releases are deferred. So are footy matches. Our lives are on hold. Surely Allah understands and fasting can wait too? Does the regular praying during day occur when lives need to be saved stop until emergency is over?

Plenty of us can manage to keep one eye/ear on the racing & one on the footy, been doing it for years. It's not as if crowds are a problem, won't be attendances at either. Racing authorities just need to be careful about timing of major races on the day.
