A man aged in his 30s is one of 15 new coronavirus deaths recorded in Victoria. Premier Daniel Andrews confirmed 15 new fatalities – 12 of which were linked to the troubled aged care sector - which brought the state’s death toll to 162 since the beginning of the pandemic. The Premier also confirmed another 745 cases of coronavirus in the past 24 hours. From more than 7,000 active virus cases across the state, Mr Andrews said 1435 were connected to aged care.
The Premier also announced a childcare permit system for essential workers. “If you are a permitted worker, regardless of whether you are working in person or from home and you attest there is no one else in your household who can look after children, then you will be able to access childcare,” he said. Mr Andrews admitted under the new system there would be families who were unable to access childcare as they normally would.

We have been in Stage 3 for a month, 2 weeks of compulsory mask wearing and still no reduction in Covid cases. Sadly, the horse has bolted. Bungled Hotel quarantine was the cause of this mess.

Viruses are not contagious , but stupidity is running amok, as is criminality all the politicians are infected and most of the police force. You can not catch a virus it is a hoax to steal your freedom .
Condolences to the family of the young man. Health profile? It just that it’s an important bit of information. Particularly when the headline and article are scant on detail. It could make us fear that all 30 year olds are a trip to the supermarket away from death.
This is idiotic. What pre-conditions did the man have? Did he die from covid or die with covid? Zero transparency. Designed to inject the populace with fear.
