Mr O’Dwyer is also surprised that Mr Jones and his wife have managed to live on council land for six years without anyone investigating. “You've really got to ask how negligent has the local council been in letting this state of affairs exist for so long?” he said.that the block is council land. Mr Jones is currently investigating legal avenues.
