MORNING BRIEFING: Emergency personnel resume their search for Charlise Mutten, who disappeared from a property in the Blue Mountains days ago.

Nine-year-old Charlise Mutten was last seen on Thursday.

The kits arrived on a freight flight yesterday and the order is part of a larger procurement of 50 million RATs. Australia Council CEO, Adrian Collette AM, welcomed the investment as a way of allowing more people to access the arts.
