And so they should, as they acted instinctively. I would like to know more details as to how this incident occurred? It sounds like keeper walked into the Lion’s Den to clean it with the Lions still in there? What’s the full story? Is it human error, or a failing of the system?
Why was euthanasia even considered? They're wild animals for god's sake. All zoo workers would understand the risks and im sure that's the last thing the worker would've wanted. If it wasnt then they shouldn't be working with animals.
