Victorian Liberal MP Richard Riordan says “absolutely no one” believes Premier DanielAndrewsMP anymore when he claims he has no idea what went wrong with Victoria’s management of COVID-19.

Victorian Liberal MP Richard Riordan says “absolutely no one” believes Premier Daniel Andrews anymore when he claims he has no idea what went wrong with Victoria’s management of COVID-19. Victorian authorities including Health Minister Jenny Mikakos, Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton and Premier Daniel Andrews gave evidence at the Public Accounts and Estimates Committee on Tuesday.

Mr Andrews refused to reveal whose decision it was to hire a governmental department to run the botched hotel quarantine scheme. “Me and my colleagues and the rest of Victoria have for weeks now seen Daniel Andrews face up to these questions and continually and totally deny any knowledge, any understanding of what went wrong," Mr Riordan told Sky News. “Absolutely no one believes him anymore.

DanielAndrewsMP Murdochs Muppets & LNP Stooges at the pressers where they keep asking absurd questions in 'gotcha' attempts, are forgetting one crucial fact., The LNP control the 'International Border', therefore COVID getting into Austtalia, is 100% the fault of LNP

DanielAndrewsMP Ummmmm nah, I don't believe its mismanagement, when I see connections to the queen of corruption herself, I no longer believe anything this man has to say. This man has an agenda that is NOT for Victorians / Australians.

DanielAndrewsMP I'm finding it hard to take anything or australian seriously. They've been way tok biased in the past for me to think they are being truthful now. I'll wait for more information before taking a side but it seems careless for Andrews to not accept support from ADF

DanielAndrewsMP Really didn’t deserve that pay rise did he

DanielAndrewsMP This is true, DanLiedPeopleDied

DanielAndrewsMP lstandwithdan

DanielAndrewsMP Lol. Who Who cares he has no idea

DanielAndrewsMP Didn’t ask me. IStandWithDan

DanielAndrewsMP Lets give DanielAndrewsMP the benefit of the doubt that 4 weeks ago he didn’t know who assigned the contracts for the quarantine hotel or what errors were made. But as a leader surely he would of demanded answers from his ministers since then. leadership

DanielAndrewsMP Federal Liberal party who manages nursing homes might know get the liberal MP to ask them

DanielAndrewsMP Go home you're drunk

DanielAndrewsMP I would think the actual statement should be that not only does no-one believe anything the LNP says, no-one actually cares what they say. They and their IPA mates have set up the economic conditions re work and pay that are driving this outbreak, and they want their slaves back!

LekkaMercedez DanielAndrewsMP Why can’t I run my business but parking inspectors can walk the streets using fines?

DanielAndrewsMP Riordan made a fool of himself and the Liberal Party today. If he thought the facts alone would show Andrews up why was he determined to make it all about himself? Because he's from the party of self-interest.

DanielAndrewsMP Dan made this disaster Dan Lied, Victorians Died Dan Lied, Victorians Died Dan Lied, Victorians Died Dan Lied, Victorians Died Dan Lied, Victorians Died

DanielAndrewsMP This is a virus based on the bat virus discovered and owned by the PLA. It was engineered in the lab through a series of processes to make it focused on human. that is why it is very powerful for human being. WarRoomPandemic LimengYan CCPVirus

DanielAndrewsMP One things for sure, Sky’s audience is 8% or less and falling

DanielAndrewsMP I love how LNP pollies keep telling us who we believe and trust (apparently ScumMo and Spud), and who we don't (any breathing ALP/Union member)...

DanielAndrewsMP FFS! Give it a break. Is That ALL your shit Murdoch apparatchiks can write about? And quoting a Liberal, Non-Achiever seat warmer no one’s heard of. What about Ruby Princess? Has Rupert Barred you from questions on that?

h_appleby DanielAndrewsMP I believe Andrews on that score. He’s obviously clueless, gormless, and completely out of his depth on what happened. Just like he was with the Somyurek debacle. He can manage throwing money around, or clubbing business to death in desperation, and breathing, but not much else.

DanielAndrewsMP I do!

DanielAndrewsMP Ps here's the apology from me for this article.

DanielAndrewsMP Didn't ask me, or anybody i know. And honestly in my real life i can only think of 1 mate and an in-law who don't believe him and they're a bit nuts anyway.

DanielAndrewsMP Reynolds and Riordan are doing the work of the PM and Murdoch. Nothing surer

DanielAndrewsMP You guys, australianssupportdan

DanielAndrewsMP If he didn't know, he needs to resign for incompetence. And of course if he knew, he needs to resign for lying and being complicit in the senseless deaths of 200 people (and counting) as a result of the 2nd wave, as well as economic destruction of lockdown 2. Choose your poison.

DanielAndrewsMP Stop, just stop your infantile so called journalism

DanielAndrewsMP Richard Riordan doesn't know everyone. Oh, and he's wrong.

DanielAndrewsMP More Sky propaganda.

Andrews claims ADF support 'was not on offer' | Sky News AustraliaPremier Daniel Andrews has denied that the Victorian government refused ADF support for the hotel quarantine system, saying it was never offered in the first place. \n\nDuring an inquiry into the state’s failed hotel quarantine system, the Premier was asked by Victorian Nationals MP Danny O’Brien why the government had chosen to use private security guards instead of police officers or ADF personnel to guard returned overseas travellers in isolation. \n\n“I’m glad you mentioned the use of ADF,” Mr Andrews responded. \n\n“I don’t believe ADF support was on offer. \n\n“ADF support has been provided in very limited circumstances in NSW, not to provide security as such but to provide transportation from the airport to hotels. \n\n“So again, I think it is fundamentally incorrect to assert that there was hundreds of ADF staff on offer and somehow someone said no.” \n\nImage: News Corp Australia \n\n DanielAndrewsMP 'I don't believe'.... China rejects ‘absurd’ and ‘ridiculous’ claims of foreign influence in US elections | Sky News AustraliaChina claims it has no interest in interfering in the US November elections and the mere suggestion of its foreign influence amounts to “absurd” and “ridiculous” logic.\n\nChina's Foreign Ministry said Beijing’s rising criticism of the US, which has recently included sniping over 5G, COVID-19, Hong Kong and the South China Sea, has not been an attempt to sway the outcome of the election in November but rather a “just” and necessary response to America’s interference in its internal affairs.\n\nChina’s defensive remarks came days after US National counter-intelligence and Security Centre Director William Evanina pointed the finger squarely at the Communist nation. \n\nIn an “overview of foreign threats to the 2020 election”, Mr Evanina highlighted Beijing's preference that “unpredictable” President Donald Trump loses the election. \n\nImage: AP\n\n hasn't stopped interfering in elections since it's inception. Nothing more than an editorial...no news value. 'Sky Editorial Australia,' there are, that's better. Take Down Chinese Communist Party! The world seems to be moving toward 'another clash of major powers' | Sky News AustraliaSky News contributor Catherine McGregor says Australia is facing its most dangerous era in 75 years as it seems to be moving inexorably towards 'another clash of major powers.”\n\nThe past week has marked some gruesome anniversaries.\n\nOn 4 August 1914 the First World War began with Great Britain's declaration of war on Germany. \n\nOn 6 August 1945 the United States detonated an atomic bomb above Hiroshima. \n\nThe bombing of Nagasaki took place on this day of the same year. \n\nMs McGregor said the Great War was supposed to be the war to end all wars, however recent disruptions to the global order indicate the world is likely heading toward another clash of powers.\n\n“Last week, former prime minister Kevin Rudd - in an article for Foreign Affairs magazine - expressed the fear that we may be perilously close to a 'hot war' between the United States and China,” she said. \n\nMs McGregor said Prime Minister Scott Morrison was less alarmist in his address to the Aspen forum in the US. \n\n“Yet he warned that the rules-based order upon which prosperity and stability in this region depends is fraying at the edges,” she said. \n Far out can’t we have a break from all this depressing shit 😣😣😣 Seeing that the Chinese now have the Darwin Port, they will also have the Melbourne Port, when Dan Andrews sign's up to the Belt&Road with China, that's his game shutting down Victoria now,so he can use China to borrow Billions of dollars, claiming it's to save the state, wake up Sky are so keen on a war.

Australia needs Trump to win the election because 'we cannot face China alone' | Sky News AustraliaLiberal Senator James McGrath says Australia needs President Donald Trump to win the upcoming presidential election to help it stand up to China. \n\nMr McGrath said China was the “greatest threat to the rules-based order the world is seeing at the moment.”\n\nPresident Trump would be better at dealing with China than presidential candidate Joe Biden because he knows “when you deal with bullies … you don’t give them shoulder massages, you’ve got to stand up to them.” Mr McGrath told Sky news. \n\n“Biden isn’t a foreign affairs hawk, he’s like a foreign affairs budgerigar”\n\nMr McGrath said Australia needed to ensure there was a 'coalition of the willing” standing against China and required the help of a strong president in the White House. \n\nImage: Getty realDonaldTrump I agree. I’m not a fan of Trump. But Biden is a puppet of China when he was VP. He agrees with China and not intend to make China accountable and eventually national security will be at risk. Australia among world's highest coronavirus death rates in aged care sector | Sky News AustraliaThe rate of coronavirus deaths in Australia's aged care sector now ranks among the highest in the world, with at least 218 lives lost so far.\n\nFederal agencies reportedly failed to prepare despite warnings from overseas the elderly were most vulnerable to the disease.\n\nThe Royal Commission into Australia's aged care crisis heard the government had not implemented specific COVID-19 plans for the sector.\n\nIn Sydney, the two main nursing home outbreaks during the first wave - in Newmarch House and Dorothy Henderson Lodge - had not been investigated by regulators. \n\nThe aged care sector makes up almost 70 per cent of Australia's deaths during the pandemic. \n\nDespite 138 deaths across Victorian facilities since July, the commission is not investigating that state's aged care outbreaks. \n\n Federal funding cuts to aged care is the cause. Aged care is a federal responsibility but no criticism from the feral right because its not Dan Andrews. Media is the virus
