A motion had been filed to remove Kelly Doyle and Andrew Luck from the clemency hearing for Julius Jones.

Twenty-six of the 32 Oklahoma death row inmates who were on the original challenge provided the court with an alternative method of execution, including the use of different drug combinations or firing squad.Oklahoma's Pardon and Parole Board is recommending the governor commute the death sentence of Jones for a 1999 killing.
