Labor’s Right faction holds the Home Affairs portfolio in Anthony Albanese’s first cabinet line-up, with Clare O’Neil replacing Kristina Keneally in the high-profile job.

Among the Right’s allocated portfolios are four for MPs from smaller states, including South Australian Don Farrell, who becomes Trade and Tourism Minister, Amanda Rishworth who becomes Social Services Minister and Madeleine King who becomes Resources and Northern Australia Minister.
