Sky News host Peta Credlin says a “good part of the reason” Labor won the federal election was because they were able to persuade voters that Labor leader Anthony Albanese was a “safe change”.

Ms Credlin said Labor was considering scrapping tax cuts for “people on the top marginal rate” – over $200,000 a year – but for those living in cities, this wage is “not rich”.

“Thanks to bracket creep, the 45 per cent top tax rate, that originally applied to only about two per cent of taxpayers, will soon apply to the top five per cent,” she said.

Well he’s either lied or walked away from other campaign promises. He’s either overseas, going to concerts or hiding out.

How does a tax cut legislated by both parties and whose implementation is in 2024 have any effect on this years mini budget.

Never persuaded me

Australians never forget or forgive Prime Ministers that Lied to us Julia Gillard is a prime example... 💥🇦🇺

32% Big win 👏👏 But in my eyes 68% shows didn’t want this crap over 1/2 vote’s got the shit end of ugly stick

Serioulsly it was the leadership of the LNP that turned me off

Credlin is a non entity who has no voice.
