Australia will from Sunday allow international travellers entering the country to present a negative rapid antigen test (RAT) within 24 hours of their flight's departure.

People entering Australia only need to present a negative RAT upon arrival in a new government announcement.Australia will allow international travellers entering the country to present a negative rapid antigen test within 24 hours of their flight's departure.

The move is in line with current domestic travel measures, where states and territories are accepting RATs as an appropriate public health measure to detect COVID-19. The government has also slashed the time for travellers who have tested positive to COVID-19 to receive clearance to enter Australia from 14 days to seven days.

But still it is not open the border for any visitor visa.

Need to do it at the airport in a secluded room in front of airline staff. People are already selling negative rats online

Given that there are no RAT to be found because of ScottMorrisonMP incompetence. The international borders are still effectively closed unless the international travellers bring their own test kits. Maybe they could bring a few extra thus doing Morrison job 🤔
