The former Biggest Loser coach has revealed she was in denial about her struggling health, prompting husband Ed to stage an “intervention”.

“I really thought I could do it all, even when I was six months in a post-partum body. I was filming 40, 50 workout videos a day,” Tiff said. She at first assumed she just had a virus but after multiple tests came back clear Tiff concluded she was simply burnt out.Tiff said she was ‘in denial’ about how run down she really was.
