What irresponsible rubbish as we come into summer. Perhaps include the benefits of drinking water to your system on detoxification, organ efficiency, mood, digestion, gut health, infections. No such thing as too much.

'Flavourless glass of nothing.' As for the 'nothing' part, that's probably a good thing since I'm not sure what you'd want from a drink other than sustenance, and for flavour I personally think water tastes great but I might be the minority.

Emma has never worked outdoors in 30+ degrees temperatures though, has she?

Depends how much alcohol you drink. 2 litres of water per bottle of wine i reckon surely. Drink enough water until going to the toilet becomes impractical.
