George Washington University Economics Professor Steven Hamilton says there is going to be “absolutely tremendous” pressure on the new Labor government to deliver when it comes to the economy.

“The risk I think for Labor is taking government, is keeping that kind of discipline, ensuring that they don’t get carried away, that they don’t go off on a whole lot of, sort of, wild goose chases to solve all of these problems,” Mr Hamilton told Sky News Australia.

“They need to focus in the short term on delivering their agenda, fix the budget, give the country a bit of stability, bring good government back to the country – these are the kinds of consolidations I think that we need for the next few years.”

According to the Libs and Murdoch media Dutton is not fit to be PM Never bern Treasurer or PM before

It’s easy to deliver when you make up all the laws, and use tax payers money. But hey, when you’re in government, this is a very complex intelligent decision. And only the very smartest people in government, can do this, but you can’t. 😂😂😂

Due to the previous government the record debt we have sadly will last generations unfortunately...

So the Liberals can lie, steal and rort to their hearts content, see trillion dollar debt, but Labor has to 'deliver' on the economy, fml ThisIsNotJournalism MurdochRoyalCommission MurdochGutterMedia
