“For those households where there is no-one in employment, they will receive a $750 hardship payment. Mr Andrews spoke of meals and kitchens ramping up to feed the 3000 residents who aren’t allowed to step outside their doors.

We criticise other counties for secrecy and fear instilled by Government, our own Government in Victoria has done the same. Locking down suburbs with one swoop of a postcode, not sharing any evidence of case numbers in Kensington. We have no rights.

They are not trapped. Egress is guaranteed under fire regulations. They are under public health orders for the protection of themselves and the community.
