Ukraine's president says there was 'no blackmail' in Trump phone call | Sky News AustraliaUkraine President Volodymyr Zelensky is doubling down on his assertion that US President Donald Trump didn't pressure him, saying there was “no blackmail” in their phone call.\n\nThe call between the leaders has prompted a whistleblower complaint and Democratic impeachment inquiry of the Republican president.\n\nPublic opinion has shifted on the impeachment and a bare majority of voters now support removing Donald Trump from office.\n'This is not corruption, it was just a call,' Mr Zelensky said on Thursday.\n\nImage: AP So he says it. The only person who says otherwise is an anonymous, faceless, politically biased CIA employee who colluded with Adam Schiff's staff before he made his complaint which was based on second, if not third hand, hearsay. Impeach! Read the transcripts. He's telling the truth. He's doubling skating his feet, not doubling down. What else do you expect him to do? The call tape speaks for itself, we don't need more interpretations. Trump meant exactly what he said....like many times before....do this for me...and I will do this for you...'beautiful call'
