A Perth psychologist appointed by the Family Court has been found guilty of professional misconduct for writing an official report labelling a father's personality style as"psychopathic" without a clinical diagnosis.
The report said that a nine-year-old boy at the centre of the dispute should be protected from his father, who he said had traits of a psychopathic personality disorder.
Seems odd that the evidence was accepted when it wasn't in the form. Mr A. has been documented to exhibit behaviours B,C,D and E in front of the following witnesses F, G & H and this behaviour is indicative of disorders X,Y or Z which requires further investigation. etc.
This is not the only case or psychologist where this type of bs has happened! The family courts need an overhaul, they emotionally damage the children, the parents and the grandparents.
I wonder if he or others ‘trained’ with him, have been similarly ‘proactive’ in other cases?
Many FCA and FMS judicial officers treat the expert evidence as supplied by a psychologist with the same value and attention as anyone else`s.

Psychology is seriously overrated. They think their occupation makes their opinions more important than anyone else's. So much damage has been done, because this idiot thought he was god. Time this occupation is exposed as the bullcrap it is.
