, a family spokeswoman said in a statement.

I'm sorry to hear that. He was a true champion. And a scrupled one. He and James Hunt are in good company. He was part of the golden era of Formula 1. Rest well, Mr Lauda.

Proper legend.

Still remember his titanic dual with James Hunt for the F1 World Title in 76 - the world is a sadder place with his passing. Lauda

Monster_Dome Absolutely gutted, RIP legend.

So very nearly a 4 x F1 champion. 2nd in 1976 (despite his his terrible Nürburgring crash). Was leading the championship coming into the last GP in Japan, only to withdraw from the race citing concerns over safety. Lost the title to James Hunt by 1 point.

Monster_Dome Sad but gee I thought he was older than 70? Injuries aside he has been in public eye seemingly forever.

Terrible end to a horrible season SamClench I thought we were meant to question if he might have orchestrated it when he went to help find Drogan, I assume by warging.

This can deter theft and help stop a thief before steals from a shop or person. Let's hope HumanHeadline gets the credit here he deserves if it actually happens

Last night's surprise election result still harbours at least one more mysteryThe election is over, the Coalition has won the most seats. But we don't yet know if it will form a majority or a minority government. Slomo the scum has been planning it for years and the morons fell for it I think the REAL mystery is: What exactly IS the PMs agenda for Australia And how does he plan to achieve it? (Because no one in the media has a clue either !! They never BOTHERED to cut through the sales pitch/spin to tell us ) It’s not a surprise. Ya ll always listen to noise makers. That’s the problem. The real voters don’t talk much or debate online.
