It's very good to see ethical considerations discussed. But a critical point missed. Rampant transmission creates MORE vulnerable people b/c of ⬆️risk for stroke, heart attack, clots, Long Covid. It's not a finite group. Repeat infection may exacerbate LC.

Government does not own anything. So after NSW buys the properties then what? They can't resell if it's flood prone. So less areas for housing and the NSW government sits on useless land?
