Labor leader AlboMP has again taken aim at the government over its early superannuation scheme, saying it threatens the nation's future economy.

Labor leader Anthony Albanese has again taken aim at the government over its early superannuation scheme. Mr Albanese said the scheme – which allows eligible citizens to apply for up to $10,000 from their superannuation – was threatening Australia’s future economy.

“Australians who are struggling have taken $13.2 billion out of their own superannuation accounts,” he said. “That means they have less in their retirement savings. It also means the cost to the future economy, the burden which is there on retirement, will be greater on Australians and on our national economy." Image: News Corp Australia

AlboMP Expert of nothing.

AlboMP This is you Albo fading to irrelevancy

ochreblue AlboMP Did AlboMP mention the world record accounting error by LiberalAus ?

AlboMP And once agai Morrison goes into protective custody and hides Albo going be busy in parliment sportsrort gasrort Now jobkeepergate jobkeep AlboMP

AlboMP Of course it does AND naturally it will be left to the ALP to clean up this shitstain mess left behind by the LNP

AlboMP He’s absolutely right

AlboMP He’s dead right.

nobby15 AlboMP Albo's RIGHT!!💪💪💪

AlboMP I agree the run on Super will be disastrous for the future economy. Just wondering if AlboMP and AustralianLabor opposed this part of the covid19 recovery legislation? auspol

AlboMP And he is absolutely correct

AlboMP Ok this one has merit. I'll give the opposition that much. Desperate times called for desperate measures though. We can't break the Country with unsustainable options. What was offered was already a massive amount. Labor would have given too much away, and left us in dire straits

AlboMP Are u a Freemason,

AlboMP Each way Albo at it again. Most of the people getting the money out of their super are getting it out because it’s tax free $$$ end of story

AlboMP Trickle up economics: business tax cuts, franking credits...public service underspends & the vulnerable drawing on their super to survive

AlboMP This is true. So is the debt. So is the future impact of the lock down. So is the systematic unproductive costs in the Australian budgets.

AlboMP Yes; coming from a man with no vision for Australia. The Labour party have done an amazing job of destroying the Australian economy and selling out Australia to foreign nationals for years. He has nothing to offer but criticism as a cheap way of trying to act like he cares.

AlboMP He can say that to my face if he dares. Labour Party wants to make me unemployed and broke again! I still owe that pos Keating a smack in the gob ... in minecraft.

AlboMP When this Wuhan Virus 🦠 crisis passes people won’t be able to put extra funds into their super over 20 + years to catch up if they choose ? Give it a rest Albo your off the pace big time 😬

AlboMP each way, the elmer fudd of politics

AlboMP Well it does. Millions of Australians drew on their super, with government approval, as they were ineligible for the government's now inflated Jobkeeper package. There's billions in compounded interest gone & peoples retirement savings will now be inadequate.

AlboMP I feel sorry for the opposition and Albo. They’ve supported government during peak crisis as it was right by country. Now they’ve been left behind. Nobody wanted to take out superannuation, although things were looking very bad.

jchimselfbigpo2 Is he worried that his party wont be able to raid as much of it as planned should they ever get back into the big seat?

AlboMP AnAL wouldn’t know where his arse is rabidgreenlunaticleftcircus 🤡

AlboMP Tell him it was his idea and ask again.

AlboMP Who cares what this loser has to say

AlboMP Oh boy; here we go again, each way Albo at it once more. You would have to be the most negitive politician ever. If you can't say something positive don't say anything at all. Come on each way, smile a little. 😁

AlboMP AlboMP is only upset because its damaged his revenue stream from all the super mates he's in bed with. Where is your super invested? Australians are happy they can use their money in a time of need. auspol

AlboMP

AlboMP That's their intent Anthony they have always wanted to destroy the system,

AlboMP Rubbish people should spend their money during their lifetime as they need and ALLshould be afforded their pension at the end. Superannuation a big flop unless you’re an industry or investor cashing in on the scheme.

AlboMP I’m more worried about the extra $300 billion we have to pay back ruining the nations future economy. Taking out my own money from my super was the only thing that actually saved me right now.

AlboMP Albo 33% of the vote The working class are working you out.

AlboMP Idiot, he just doesn’t want people to have access to their own money.

AlboMP Seriously

AlboMP

AlboMP How many things can Albo try to make a big man of himself over. The reality is all he's doing is looking like a fool time and time again. He hates that the government is handling covid19 so well and popularity is skyrocketing as a result. Ablo would be better off shutting up.

AlboMP “Acting” Labor leader, shouldn’t be too long now.

AlboMP Labor is the bigger threat.

AlboMP Albo nd Chalmers don't understand economics or the superannuation scheme. Under 50s who gave accessed $10k will make that up in one to two years. The $$$ provide demand in the economy, good for business and investment. Fortunately Labor aren't in charge of the books!

AlboMP Your Cognitive Derangement on show again!.

AlboMP The LNP do not care about the future for workers, it won't be their problem then, they'll leave someone else to clean it up then blame them for the mess once it is sorted out.

AlboMP Younger workers forced to sell at the bottom of the market, so rich vulture buyers can enjoy the upswing, will be at least $100k worse of come 65 but it wont matter anyway because the way this country has been going for decades hardly any born after 1980 will be allowed to retire

AlboMP It doesn’t you idiot, people who draw on it just pay double back when they are back at work like I did. Your such a drama queen

AlboMP But wait, there’s still more... Let’s not let any of the truth get in the way of your false deflections to maintain the status quo among the ignorant:

AlboMP He would max out all the credit cards and then apply for more! Get in the bin Albo! CedarAndrews

AlboMP More corruption in the Liberal Party being glossed over your Sky News:

AlboMP Chief Dickhead of Australia.

AlboMP How many more stories of Liberal Party corruption is Sky News ignoring?

AlboMP Why does Sky & ALL media give the BANKS a FREE PASS The $400 BILLION PROFIT from the past decade means they are capable of assisting customers during this downturn- BANKS have not provided assistance despite the MSM coverage- If they did, people would not be going under

AlboMP Your views on climate change is what would be a problem!

AlboMP But he wants to throw $60b at international uni students, immigrants & the arts. Albo really hates Aussies. I'm glad I got my Super out. I have been able to invest in my future.

AlboMP Still pssed off that he was left out of jobkeeper amendments between lnp and sally McManus.

AlboMP Is Anal talking through his arse again ?

AlboMP Or does it threaten the power of labour backing union super funds

AlboMP Dont you worry albo. The liberal government set up the future fund for you. Your pension is safe. Unless you want to transfer public sector retirement money back to us.

AlboMP As opposed to the destruction of our present economy?

AlboMP Albo won’t have to worry about that, he won’t lead Labor to the next election anyway...

Morrison government 'couldn't even run a bath': Albanese | Sky News AustraliaOpposition leader Anthony Albanese has delivered a stinging attack aimed at Treasurer Josh Frydenberg and Prime Minister Scott Morrison, saying the government is one which 'couldn't run a bath, let alone be good economic managers'. \n\nOn Friday a significant reporting error had led Treasury to dramatically revise its projections for the Morrison government's JobKeeper program. \n\nThe scheme, which sees the government pay $1,500 fortnightly in affected workers' wages, was originally expected to cover around 6.5 million employees at a cost of $130 billion. \n\nBut late Thursday, the Treasury and Australian Tax Office were forced to admit to the Morrison government those projections were wrong.\n\nAs a result, Treasury's revised estimate of the cost of the JobKeeper program is now just $70 billion which is $60 billion less than forecast. \n\nTreasury now expects the number of employees likely to be covered under JobKeeper program to be around 3.5 million, around 3 million less than forecast. \n\nMr Albanese said, 'this is a mistake you could have seen from space' and said Australian working people 'have been sunk' by the government's failure on the issue. \n\n'The fact is, if you can't get this right, how can you get the economic recovery right'. \n\nImage: News Corp Australia AlboMP JoshFrydenberg ScottMorrisonMP AnAl should shut up. Any final suggestions from the Taskforce may feed into the work being done across a range of portfolios, led by the Industry Minister, to grow Australian manufacturing.” All Scott Morrison needs to do to save the economy is get his head out of his rear end. Cheaper energy prices will make Australia competitive against 'Chinese slave labour' | Sky News AustraliaFormer speaker of the house Bronwyn Bishop says Australia needs to produce the cheapest power possible to allow businesses to 'compete against the slave labour that comes out of China'.\n\nMs Bishop told Sky News host Paul Murray the fundamental thing which can be done for Australia is to 'give us back the cheap power that we used to have for our coal fired power stations'.\n\nThe federal government has set emerging technologies at the heart of its roadmap to cut Australia's carbon emissions over the next 30 years. \n\nThe report pointed to domestic gas, hydrogen, carbon capture and storage and even small-scale nuclear reactors in its transition towards renewable energy.\n\nFormer Victorian Liberal Party president Michael Kroger said the Labor Party's response to the report along with statements it made on coal following the 2019 election show how it is 'Arthur and Martha' on coal.\n\n'They've got no idea what day it is in relation to coal,' he said.\n\nImage: AP Yes sky News you want to pollute the planet with your nutter mate. What the hell? Slave labour. China's middle class has grown hugely. People from India and Philippines go to China for a better salary. Has Sky News been to China in past 20 years?
