Well, if this lockdown lasts more than these 4 weeks (it will) then we're all screwed anyway. I don't think the government knows or cares how screwed we are. They'll always be in a job.

Good!

Why should they be penalised, Bolt and Alan Jones are more or less encouraging such flippant behaviour

Welcome to the NSW Police state. The cops are getting out of control.

Parkes has been hard hit by drought ...poor bloke probably does not have $ 1000 ...in fact the government has probably been on his ass for unpaid taxes. Well done police...he will probably attempt suicide now.

We cant even get windows washed now?

Excellent. Let's rebuild this economy by fining the stupid people in our society. I'm sure we can do it.

every one listen.....a window washer is telling us something.

They shouldn’t be fined - they should be given community service work, in a hospital with staff stressed with too many patients.

How else will they make up for all the lost poker machine taxes? 😏

It's nice that they're fining people, but what's the bet they're targeting low income people unfairly.

$1k for boozing outside? Jee! If fresh air is not allowed our lungs gonna die even without Corona...

couldn't you argue that the window washer is actually a cleaner and protecting the greater good from transmission of hard surfaces such as glass, that is a bit rough.

A window washer? isn't a job?
