Their only climate-related recommendation calls for climate models to be created that can provide projections for smaller geographical areas — making them more useful for local disaster preparedness. But that hasn't stopped others drawing their own conclusions.
"The Federal Government absolutely must act on the root cause of worsening bushfires in Australia, and take urgent steps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This clearly means no new coal or gas, and a rapid transition to renewable energy."Minister for Emissions Reduction Angus Taylor has previously argued the only way to bring down emissions without sacrificing economic growth is"There are only two ways to suppress emissions.
Speaking to the ABC, Mr Mullins said the royal commission was one of a long list of bushfire inquiries that made climate change central to its findings, with final reports by NSW, South Australia, Victoria and the ACT all pointed to climate change making things worse.
Bullshit. The reason it's not call 'Global Warming' anymore is because the term is not supported by the facts. DEFUNDTHEABC
Much of our beautiful valley burned. It was so dry for months and months and so hot. It's not surprising it burned. Such a vast area also. How can you back burn these dense forest areas when it's inaccessible. People need to stop blaming.
What rubbish.

. The Bushfire Royal Commission had absolutely no way of validating links to climate change. All it could do is highlight not backburning and decreasing fuel loads during periods of dry weather makes bushfires really bad. And of course highlight our firefighting inadequacies.
A little hard to blame climate change when most fires originated by actions of a human nature. Climate change? yeah it does! Maybe the commission should have investigated the suns reverse polarity and the effect this had on bushfires? Wake up people you are being distracted.
Shh don't mention the over zealous back burning
The Commision found because of Greens stopping burnoffs by their protests In Giposland HUMAN LIVES were lost. Disgusting brainless imbeciles.
Scatmapants rejected Fund/ing a Heavy Aerial Fleet in 2017/18/19 Spent $250 Million on SharkShit1 that would have bought FIVE AERIAL TANKERS! 34 Dead! 1/2 Billion Animals! 46 million acres (72,000 square miles) of land The Brown line is his cuts!
If Australia had a zero carbon footprint tomorrow it will change the weather & lessen the risk or intensity of bushfires? Rhetorical.
Will it be listened to hope so for our kids and beyond
LNP gov led by coal moron is a blind donkey With mega fires last Xmas n massive fires in California n Colorado But he refused to see it
How much more evidence do we need before people stop applying unqualified emotional reactive that this is some sort of contrived conspiracy?
Yep! We really needed a Royal Commission to tell us what we already know. Let's do away with democracy and science and govern by Royal Commissions. You can't beat them for telling us what we already know.
This is just rubbish! It is not 'climate change' it is the weather that can make bushfires worse. But a match or fire does not spring out of thin air (other than lightening which has always been around) to start the fires. It is not like immaculate creation from Climate Change.
ok.
The ABC continues to suffer weather derangement syndrome ('global warming religion').
Climate change is a scam.
