The British coroner in the Manchester Arena inquests has ruled that he cannot go ahead with hearings into the 22 deaths because the government is refusing to allow secret material to be made public.

Sir John Saunders issued his ruling on Friday after granting an application by Home Secretary Priti Patel to exclude key intelligence
