Most boosters needed soon are for NSW residents who had AZ shots less than 12wks apart due to huge spread. AZ efficacy at 4-6wk interval is only around 50-55%, 12wks 89%. Similar for Pfizer doses pushed to 6wks. Not needed if we’d had enough available vaccines 8 months ago
