Sky News host Andrew Bolt says Joe Biden’s declining poll numbers demonstrate a “lack of confidence in whether he’s mentally all there,” and his body language at a recent town hall raises “questions about his mental health”.

Mr Bolt discussed the issue with Sky News Washington Correspondent Annelise Nielsen, who

said the US President’s mental acuity “has become more of a mainstream topic of discussion”.
