Sky News Australia host piersmorgan says there is “no need to exaggerate the current cost of living crisis” as the price of essentials is rising rapidly.

Sky News Australia host Piers Morgan says there is “no need to exaggerate the current cost of living crisis” as the price of essentials is rising rapidly.

“In an economic meltdown like this, we expect people whose job it is to fix it to offer us three things: solutions, common sense, and calm,” he said. Mr Morgan said instead of doing these things, the Bank of England – the “most important financier in Britain” – is running around like a “hysterically hyperbolic headless chicken”.

“Andrew Bailey, you’ve the governor of the Bank of England – it’s literally your job to help us, not be helpless,” he said.
