The kids are alright, because Covid-19 causes little or no illness in children, but teachers whine that children pose a risk to them. Those teachers don’t belong in schools anymore. There are plenty of younger teachers who can do the job without instrumentalising their students.

Teaching is a dead end job. Try applying outside, you aren't taken seriously. AEU is weak and only focuses on snippets of extra planning time, not pay. That's why there's a shortage.
