The kids are alright, because Covid-19 causes little or no illness in children, but teachers whine that children pose a risk to them. Those teachers don’t belong in schools anymore. There are plenty of younger teachers who can do the job without instrumentalising their students.

UK acknowledge Long COVID. Sent out flyers to teachers to help ill kids. What has ScottMorrisonMP done? Send kids back, no masks, partially vaxed and no air filters tells us it’s MILD!!! Deliberately infecting kids is NOT OK

The end of Term 4 was a nightmare and we had minimal cases. Term 1 is going to be a disaster. Make Term 1 home school learning and give kids time to get vaccinated and this wave a chance to settle..

“Australia doesn't have a strategic plan to recruit and retain teachers.” What a surprise.

Who would've thought a pandemic would expose government shortfalls in the funding of the two most important sectors of the economy of the past few years - Education and Health. You reap what you sow. How's the economy looking now Scotty?

Teaching is a dead end job. Try applying outside, you aren't taken seriously. AEU is weak and only focuses on snippets of extra planning time, not pay. That's why there's a shortage.

It’s a lack of vaccine supply & planning. It’s not rocket surgery. If granny dies, too bad. Scomocron
