NSW Deputy Premier John Barilaro admits his government is not doing enough to protect farmers and communities in bushfire-prone areas.

Mr Barilaro is calling for an increase in hazard reduction burns in national parks as less than one per cent of the

land is being managed. “We do need to increase the amount of hazard reduction that’s happening in the park,” he said.
